According to the idea of the present invention, a steam cooking appliance comprises: a main body; a cavity provided inside the main body; a steam generator provided to generate steam; a supply pipe connecting the steam generator and the cavity to supply steam to the inside of the cavity; a discharge pipe provided to discharge steam inside the cavity to the outside of the cavity; and a discharge nozzle coupled to the end of the discharge pipe to collect condensed water generated when the steam inside the cavity is discharged to the outside of the cavity, and thus a phenomenon in which the condensed water falls to the lower part of the main body and accumulates can be prevented. 본 발명의 사상에 따르면 스팀 조리 기기는 본체와, 본체의 내부에 마련되는 캐비티와, 스팀을 발생시키도록 마련되는 스팀 발생 장치와, 캐비티의 내부로 스팀을 공급하도록 스팀 발생 장치와 캐비티를 연결하는 공급관과, 캐비티 내부의 스팀을 캐비티 외부로 배출시키도록 마련되는 배출관과, 캐비티 내부의 스팀이 캐비티 외부로 배출될 시에 발생하는 응결수를 포집하도록 배출관의 단부에 결합되는 배출 노즐을 포함하여 응결수가 본체 하부에 떨어져서 고이는 현상이 방지될 수 있다.
