Zusammenfassung: | In order to reduce a parasitic capacitance by forming an empty area between a transmission line of an RF filter and a cavity filter body corresponding to the ground, the present invention relates to a cavity filter assembly embedded with the RF filter that forms a first pocket part formed so that the RF filter is embedded in the cavity filter body and a second pocket part inside the first pocket part, enables an insertion loss of the RF filter to be reduced by overlapping the transmission line, and enables a harmonic position of a stop band to be further away from a cutoff frequency when the RF filter is a low pass filter, thereby having an effect of improving a frequency characteristic of the low pass filter such as improving a frequency cutoff characteristic of the stop band.
본 발명은 RF필터의 전송선로와 접지에 해당하는 캐비티 필터 몸체 간에 빈 영역을 형성하여 기생 정전용량을 감소시키기 위해, 캐비티 필터 몸체에 RF필터가 내장되도록 형성된 제1포켓부와, 제1포켓부 내부에 제2포켓부를 형성하여 전송선로와 겹치도록 함으로써, RF필터의 삽입손실이 감소하고, RF필터가 저역통과 필터인 경우, 저지대역의 고조파 위치가 차단주파수로부터 더 멀어지고, 저지대역의 주파수 차단특성이 개선되는 등 저역통과 필터의 주파수 특성이 개선되는 효과가 있는 RF필터가 내장된 캐비티 필터 조립체에 관한 것이다. |
