Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a thermally conductive sheet containing a graphene material and a thermally conductive sheet manufactured by the manufacturing method. In the method for manufacturing a thermally conductive sheet containing a graphene material according to the present invention, since a thermally conductive composition is extruded in a roll to roll manner by including three or more rolls without performing an extrusion process through a separate extruder, orientation of the thermally conductive material included in the thermally conductive composition in the thickness direction of the rolls is easy. Since a resin impregnation process is not required, the process is very simple and the manufacturing efficiency of the thermally conductive sheet can be enhanced. In addition, the thermal conductive sheet manufactured by the method for manufacturing a thermal conductive sheet including a graphene material according to the present invention includes a uniformly dispersed thermal conductive material in an oriented form, and thus can have high thermal conductivity simultaneously in vertical and horizontal directions.
본 발명은 그래핀 소재를 포함하는 열전도성 시트의 제조 방법 및 이의 제조 방법으로 제조된 열전도성 시트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 그래핀 소재를 포함하는 열전도성 시트의 제조 방법은, 별도의 압출기를 통한 압출 공정을 수행하지 않고, 열전도성 조성물을 3개 이상의 롤을 포함하여 롤투롤(roll to roll) 방식으로 압출하기 때문에, 상기 열전도성 조성물에 포함된 열전도성 물질을 롤의 두께 방향으로의 배향이 수월하고, 수지의 함침 공정이 필요가 없으므로 공정이 매우 간단하여 열전도성 시트의 제조 효율을 높일 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 그래핀 소재를 포함하는 열전도성 시트의 제조 방법에 의하여 제조된 열전도성 시트는, 균일하게 분산된 열전도성 물질을 배향된 형태에서 포함함으로써, 수직 및 수평 방향에서 동시에 높은 열전도도를 가질 수 있다. |
