Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a use of a hot water extract of Ribes nigrum for preventing, alleviating or treating non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. The hot water extract of Ribes nigrum according to the present invention inhibits glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (GOT) and glutamic pyruvic transferase (GPT), alleviates cholesterol levels, triglyceride levels, insulin resistance, oxidative stress, and inflammation levels in the liver, and exhibits an adipocyte killing effect, so that it is possible to be applied to the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. 본 발명은 블랙커런트 열수 추출물을 포함하는 비알코올성 지방간 질환의 예방, 개선 또는 치료 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 블랙커런트 열수 추출물은 혈청 GOT(glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase) 및 GPT(glutamic pyruvic transferase)을 억제하고, 간에서 콜레스테롤 수준, 중성지방 농도, 인슐린 저항성, 산화적 스트레스 및 염증 수준을 개선시키며, 지방세포 사멸 효과를 나타내는 바, 비알코올성 지방간 질환의 치료에 적용할 수 있다.
