Onlay welding apparatus for junction between atomic reactor head and nozzle of control element drive mechanism

The present invention relates to an overlay welding device. The welding device performs overlay welding on a junction portion of a nuclear reactor head portion and a control rod driving device nozzle. The welding device comprises: a nozzle chucking shaft fixed to a lower end of a nozzle; a welding torch performing overlay welding on a junction portion; a welding rod made of alloy 690 and delivered near an end of the welding torch; a manipulator having six degrees of freedom to drive the welding torch nearly perpendicular to an inclined surface of a welding portion; and a control unit remotely controlling an operation of the manipulator. 본 발명의 덧씌움 용접장치는, 원자로 헤드부와 제어봉 구동장치 노즐의 접합부에 덧씌움 용접을 수행하는 용접장치에 있어서, 상기 노즐 하단에 고정되는 노즐 척킹축; 상기 접합부에 덧씌움 용접을 수행하는 용접 토치; 상기 용접 토치의 단부 가까이로 이송되고 Alloy 690으로 이루어진 용접봉; 상기 용접 토치를 용접부 경사면에 대해 수직에 가깝게 구동하기 위해 6자유도를 가진 매니퓰레이터; 및 상기 매니퓰레이터의 작동을 원격으로 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다.
