Zusammenfassung:Disclosed is a microscopic image fusion method using focal area feature point extraction, which comprises the steps of: extracting an emphasized focal area to emphasize information and an edge of a focal area through frequency domain transformation; and applying a guided filter after expanding the focal area and removing an unnecessary area to configure the focal area applied with the guided filter as a final decision map, and outputting a final all-in-focus image as a result using a pixel-wise weighted-averaging rule. Accordingly, a parameter is not required to be adjusted, such that all non-professionals requiring all-in-focus images can easily obtain an image. 초점 영역 특징점 추출을 이용한 현미경 영상 융합 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 현미경 영상 융합 방법은, 주파수 영역 변환을 통해 초점 영역의 정보 및 에지를 강조하기 위하여 강조된 초점 영역을 추출하는 단계와, 초점 영역 확장을 시키며 불필요한 영역을 제거한 후 Guided filter를 적용하여 Guided filter가 적용된 초점 영역을 Final decision map으로 구성하여 pixel-wise weighted-averaging rule을 이용하여 최종 all-in-focus 영상을 결과로 출력하는 단계를 포함하게 구성함으로써, 개변수를 조정할 필요가 없기 때문에 all-in-focus 영상을 필요로 하는 모든 비전문가도 쉽게 영상을 얻을 수 있는 효과가 있다.
