Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a composition for improving molecular barcoding efficiency and uses thereof and, more specifically, to a preparation method of a DNA library, to a molecular barcoding method for nucleic acid sequence analysis, and to a composition for preparing a DNA library. According to the method and composition, a barcode sequence, which is arranged to comprise a first nucleotide position in an adapter based on a terminal region of the adapter to be ligated with a DNA fragment, is used so that a molecular barcoding replacement phenomenon can be reduced and the accuracy of nucleic acid sequence analysis can be increased. 분자 바코딩 효율을 향상시키기 위한 조성물 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로서, DNA 라이브러리를 제조하는 방법, 핵산 서열 분석을 위한 분자 바코딩 방법 및 DNA 라이브러리 제조용 조성물을 제공한다. 상기 방법 및 조성물에 따르면, DNA 절편과 라이게이션되는 어댑터의 말단 영역을 기준으로, 어댑터 내 첫번째 뉴클레오티드 위치를 포함하도록 배열되는 바코드 서열을 이용함으로써, 분자 바코딩 교체 현상을 감소시키고, 핵산 서열 분석의 정확도를 향상시킬 수 있다.
