Zusammenfassung:	The present invention discloses a hybrid parking management method and device. The hybrid parking management method includes video recording of a parking lot situation, vehicle recognition using an entry video, and vehicle license plate recognition of the vehicle. The vehicle license plate recognition may be composed of a primary recognition by a machine based on a character recognition algorithm, and a secondary recognition by a user terminal through the network, when the vehicle number recognition fails in the primary recognition. According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent an error of not being able to recognize the vehicle license plate in parking management. 본 발명은, 하이브리드 주차관리 방법 및 장치를 개시한다. 하이브리드 주차관리 방법은, 주차장 상황의 영상 촬영, 입차 영상을 이용하는 차량 인식; 및 차량의 번호판 인식을 포함하되, 차량의 번호판 인식은 문자 인식 알고리즘에 기반하는 기계에 의한 1차 인식 및 1차 인식에서 차량번호 인식에 실패 시, 네트워크를 통해 사용자 단말에 의한 2차 인식을 포함하도록 구성될 수 있다. 본 발명에 따르면, 주차관리에 있어서 차량 번호판 인식 불가라는 오류를 방지할 수 있다.
