Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a spacer for adjusting a position, which inserted into a gap between an existing pipe and a rehabilitation pipe that restores or rehabilitates the existing pipe to adjust the position of the rehabilitation pipe, and a position adjustment method using the same. The present invention relates to a spacer for adjusting a rehabilitation pipe position, which is inserted into a gap between an existing pipe and a rehabilitation pipe that rehabilitates the existing pipe to adjust the position of the rehabilitation pipe with respect to the existing pipe. The spacer comprises: a first wedge-shaped member which is inclined at an angle so that an inner side thereof in an insertion direction ascends, and has a guide groove extended in an inclination direction and having teeth formed thereon at a predetermined pitch; and a second wedge-shaped member which is overlapped with the first wedge-shaped member to match inclined surfaces thereof, and has teeth engaging with those of the guide groove so that the second wedge-shaped member can move with respect to the first wedge-shaped member in the insertion direction in which the total height of the spacer increases and the movement is prohibited in a direction opposite the insertion direction. The second wedge-shaped member has a filler passage hole for passing a filler, injected into the gap between the existing pipe and the rehabilitation pipe, therethrough. Portions in which the teeth of the second wedge-shaped member are formed as an elastically deformable piece that can be elastically deformed into the filler passage hole. When the elastically deformable piece is elastically deformed into the filler passage hole, the teeth of the second wedge-shaped member and the teeth of the guide groove disengage from each other so that the second wedge-shaped member can move in the direction opposite the insertion direction.
