Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a composite cathode active material for a lithium-ion battery and a composite cathode active material for a lithium-ion battery manufactured thereby. The method for manufacturing a composite cathode active material for a lithium-ion battery according to the present invention comprises a step of performing a relatively low-temperature thermal treatment process, thereby giving excellent economic efficiency. Therefore, the composite cathode active material for a lithium-ion battery manufactured according to the present invention comprises an additional coating layer including unit sheet containing a carbon composite, which prevents an electrolyte from coming in direct contact with the cathode active material to inhibit reaction between the electrolyte and the cathode active material. Accordingly, SEI generation is inhibited to reduce surface resistance and maintain ion conductivity. In addition, the composite cathode active material for a lithium-ion battery according to the present invention comprises an additional coating layer including unit sheet containing a carbon composite and is structurally stable, so that insertion and desorption of a lithium-ion can be stably performed and capacity can be stably maintained even though charging or discharging is performed for a long time under a high-voltage environment.
본 발명은 리튬이온전지용 복합 양극활물질 제조방법, 및 이에 따라 제조된 리튬이온전지용 복합 양극활물질에 관한 것으로써, 본 발명의 리튬이온전지용 복합 양극활물질 제조방법은 상대적으로 저온 열처리 과정을 수행하는 바, 경제성이 우수한 장점이 있고, 이에 따라 제조된 리튬이온전지용 복합 양극활물질은 탄소복합체를 포함하는 단위시트가 포함된 추가 코팅층이 전해질과 양극활물질 간의 직접적인 접촉을 막아주므로 전해질과 양극 활물질 간의 반응을 억제하는 효과가 있을 뿐만 아니라, 이로 인한 SEI 생성이 억제되기에 표면저항을 감소시키는 효과, 및 이온 전도도를 유지시키는 효과가 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 리튬이온전지용 복합 양극활물질은 탄소복합체를 포함하는 단위시트가 포함된 추가 코팅층을 포함하고 구조적으로 안정한 바, 리튬이온의 삽입-탈리가 안정적으로 수행될 수 있으며, 고전압 환경에서 장시간 충·방전을 진행하더라도 안정적으로 용량이 유지되는 효과를 갖는다. |
