ELECTRONIC DEVICE FOR PROVIDING HOLE INFORMATION AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE SAME

An electronic device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a display unit; a memory in which map information of golf courses is stored; a location acquisition sensor that obtains a current location of the electronic device; and a control unit which reads map information of golf courses corresponding to the current location from the memory, and determines whether the electronic device is located within a predetermined area by using the current location and the map information, and displays a green undulation feature on the display unit when the electronic device being located outside the predetermined area. 일 실시예에 따른 전자 디바이스는 디스플레이부, 골프 코스들의 맵 정보가 저장되어 있는 메모리, 전자 디바이스의 현재 위치를 획득하는 위치 획득 센서, 그리고 메모리로부터 현재 위치에 대응하는 골프 코스의 맵 정보를 판독하고, 현재 위치와 맵 정보를 사용하여 전자 디바이스가 소정 영역 내에 위치하는지 여부를 판단하며, 제어부는 전자 디바이스가 소정 영역 외에 위치하면, 그린 언듈레이션 화면을 디스플레이부에 표시하는 제어부를 포함한다.
