Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a system for reusing sewage wastewater and effluence and treating high-concentration ion concentrate by using a separator and an electrochemical method and, more specifically, to a system which comprises: an advanced treatment tank that biologically treats and discharges inflow sewage and wastewater; a membrane filtration tank in which the treated water discharged from the advanced treatment tank flows, wherein the membrane filtration tank removes and discharges suspended solids (SS) and residual organic matter from the treated water; a CDI treatment tank in which the treated water discharged from the membrane filtration tank is introduced, wherein the CDI treatment tank removes ionic inorganic contaminants from the treated water by an adsorption method using the principle of an electric field; a circulation regeneration tank connected in parallel with the CDI treatment tank through a pair of circulation pipes to receive the CDI concentrated water discharged from a desorption process of the CDI treatment tank, wherein the CDI concentrated water received during the desorption process of the CDI treatment tank circulates in CDI treatment tank as regeneration water; and an ED treatment tank in which the CDI concentrated water discharged from the CDI treatment tank or the CDI circulating regeneration concentrated water discharged as regeneration water from the circulation regeneration tank is introduced, wherein the ED treatment tank discharges the treated water obtained by treating the inflowed CDI concentrated water or CDI circulation regeneration concentrated water by electrodialysis to the outside or supplies the same as diluted water to the circulation regeneration tank. 본 발명은 분리막과 전기화학적 방법을 이용한 하·폐수 방류수 재이용 및 발생 고농도 이온 농축수 처리 시스템에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 유입 하·폐수를 생물학적으로 처리하여 배출하는 고도처리조; 상기 고도처리조에서 배출되는 처리수가 유입되고 유입된 처리수로부터 부유물질(SS)과 잔류 유기물을 제거하여 배출하는 분리막여과조; 상기 분리막여과조에서 배출되는 처리수가 유입되고, 전기장 원리를 이용하여 유입된 처리수로부터 이온성 무기 오염물질을 흡착 방식으로 제거하는 CDI처리조; 상기 CDI처리조와 한 쌍의 순환관을 통해 병렬 연결되고 상기 CDI처리조의 탈착 공정에서 배출되는 CDI농축수가 유입되어 이를 수용하며, 상기 CDI처리조의 탈착 공정 시 수용된 상기 CDI농축수가 재생수로서 CDI처리조를 순환되게 작동하는 순환재생조; 및 상기 CDI처리조에서 배출되는 CDI농축수 또는 상기 순환재생조의 재생수로서 배출되는 CDI순환재생농축수가 유입되고, 유입된 CDI농축수 또는 CDI순환재생농축수를 전기투석(Electro Dialysis) 방식으로 처리한 처리수를 외부로 배출 또는 상기 순환재생조에 희석수로서 공급하는 ED처리조;를 포함하는 것이 특징이다.
