Zusammenfassung:	A multi-purpose marine product drying apparatus is disclosed. The multi-purpose marine product drying apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a drying chamber in which a drying space for drying marine products is formed and a hot air inlet formed on one side wall or both side walls and a hot air outlet formed on the top are provided; a first transfer unit provided inside the drying chamber and transporting a tray on which the marine products are seated; at least one drying unit provided inside the drying chamber, receiving a plurality of trays from the first transfer unit, and drying the marine products while lifting and lowering the plurality of trays in a state, in which the plurality of trays are arranged to be spaced apart from each other in the height direction, and changing the positions of the plurality of trays; a second transfer unit provided inside the drying chamber to receive the trays, on which the dried marine products are seated, from the drying unit and transport the trays; and a hot air supply unit connected to the hot air inlet to supply hot air to the drying chamber and connected to the hot air outlet to recover the hot air.
