Electrode assembly cylindrical battery cell and battery pack and vehicle including the same

Disclosed are an electrode assembly, a cylindrical battery cell, and a battery pack and an automobile including the same. The electrode assembly is a jelly roll-type electrode assembly having a structure in which a first electrode plate and a second electrode plate having a sheet shape and a separator interposed therebetween are wound in one direction, wherein at least one of the first electrode plate and the second electrode plate includes a non-coated portion exposed to the outside of the separator in a longitudinal direction of the electrode assembly at a long side end. The uncoated portion is bent from the outer edge of the electrode assembly toward the core to form a bent surface, and the bent surface may include a welding target region having an average number of overlapping layers of 5 or more in the non-coated portion in a radial direction of the electrode assembly.
