The infrared-light-blocking composition for a lens of glasses according to the present invention comprises: an organic silane compound; a boehmite sol surface-modified with an organic titanate-based compound; hydroxyalkyl cellulose; a pigment or a dye; a surface-modified infrared absorber; a surfactant; and a solvent. 본 발명은 유기실란 화합물, 유기티타네이트계 화합물로 표면개질된 보헤마이트졸, 히드록시알킬셀룰로오스, 안료 또는 염료, 표면개질된 적외선 흡수제, 계면활성제 및 용제를 포함하는 안경렌즈용 적외선차단용 조성물 및 이로 제조된 안경렌즈에 관한 것이다.
