A system for managing a cafeteria payment of the present invention comprises: an advertisement provision unit providing an advertisement to a user terminal; a reward provision unit providing a reward in the form of a point for provision of the advertisement to the user terminal; a point storage unit storing the provided point corresponding to a user; a payment request input unit receiving a meal ticket purchase request from the user terminal; a meal ticket output unit outputting a selected meal ticket to the user terminal when a purchase selection for a meal ticket is received from the user terminal; a payment execution unit deducting a stored point when there is a point use request from the user terminal, and executing a payment for the meal ticket; and a recognition means output unit generating a meal ticket recognition means that can be recognized by a recognition terminal disposed in a cafeteria when a use selection for the meal ticket is received from the user terminal, and outputting the meal ticket recognition means corresponding to the meal ticket of the user terminal.
