FOOD SLICER

The present invention relates to a food slicer, in which a food ingredient transfer means, a food ingredient pressing means, and a discharge means are detachably configured relative to a main body without the use of separate tools, thereby facilitating exchange, detachment and cleaning, enabling a user to cut various food ingredients, facilitating continuous operation and organization of sliced food ingredients, and reducing operation time. The food slicer includes: a main body; a cutting means which is detachably installed on the main body and cuts the food ingredients; a food ingredient transfer means which is detachably coupled to the main body and transfers the food ingredients while protecting the ingredients; a food ingredient fixing means which is detachably coupled to the food ingredient transfer means to prevent the shaking and pushing of the food ingredients during transfer; a food ingredient pressing means which supports the food ingredients being cut; and a discharge means which is detachably installed at an exit part of the main body and automatically discharges the sliced food ingredients without scattering. 본 발명은 식재료 이송수단과 식재료 누름수단 및 배출수단이 별도의 공구 사용 없이 본체에 대해 착탈 가능하도록 구성되어, 교환 및 탈부착과 청소가 용이하고, 다양한 식재료를 절단할 수 있으며, 연속 작업과 절단된 식재료의 정리가 용이하고, 작업시간의 단축이 가능한 식품 슬라이서에 관한 것으로서, 본체와, 식재료를 절단하며 본체에 착탈 가능하게 설치되는 절단수단과, 식재료를 보호하면서 이송하며 본체에 착탈 가능하게 결합되는 식재료 이송수단과, 이송 중인 식재료의 흔들림과 밀림을 방지할 수 있도록 식재료 이송수단에 착탈 가능하게 결합되는 식재료 고정수단과, 절단 중인 식재료를 지지하는 식재료 누름수단과, 절단된 식재료를 흐트러짐 없이 자동 배출하도록 본체의 출구부에 착탈 가능하게 설치되는 배출수단을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
