Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a stator assembly for a motor and an electric compressor including the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the stator assembly for a motor and the electric compressor including the same enable a stator coil and a conductive plate to be electrically connected easily, thereby improving efficiency for connection work. 모터용 스테이터 어셈블리 및 이를 포함하는 전동 압축기가 개시된다. 본 실시 예에 따른 모터용 스테이터 어셈블리 및 이를 포함하는 전동 압축기는 스테이터 코일과 도체판이 전기적으로 손쉽게 접속 가능하여 결선 작업을 위한 효율성이 향상된다.
