Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a fixing device fixing a switchboard to the ground, which manages receiving and sending current from a transformer at a substation, a power plant, or a building at a substation. More particularly, the fixing device of the present invention comprises: a housing (11) installed on a fixing bracket (17); a buffer member (27) installed in the inside of the housing (11) to buffer vibration, shock, and load; and a buffer connection member (20) connected to an upper end of the buffer member (27) and connected to a fixing section steek (29) installed on the bottom of the transformer or switchboard, wherein an upper body (12) and a lower body (14) of the housing (11) are coupled with an upper fastening bolt (18), and the lower body (14) and the fixing bracket (17) are coupled with a lower fastening bolt (19). The purpose of the fixing device fixing a switchboard of the present invention is to increase vibration isolation efficiency by buffering a seismic force transmitted to the transformer or switchboard even when vertical and horizontal seismic forces are generated.
본 발명은 변전소의 변압기, 발전소나 변전소의 건물 등에서 전류를 받고 보내는 등의 관리를 하는 배전반을 지면에 고정하는 고정장치에 관한 것으로서 더욱 상세하게는 고정브라켓(17) 상에 설치되는 하우징(11)과; 상기 하우징(11) 내부에 설치되어 진동과 충격 및 하중을 완충할 수 있도록 된 완충부재(27)와; 상기 완충부재(27) 상단과 연결되어 변압기 또는 배전반 저면에 설치된 고정형강(29)과 연결되는 완충연결부재(20)와; 상기 하우징(11)의 상부몸체(12)와 하부몸체(14)는 상부체결볼트(18)로 결합되고 하부몸체(14)와 고정브라켓(17)은 하부체결볼트(19)로 결합한 구성으로서, 본 발명의 배전반 고정장치는 수직과 수평적 지진력이 발생되더라도 변압기 또는 배전반으로 전달되는 지진력을 완충시켜 방진효율을 높일 수 있도록 한 것이다. |
