NONDESTRUCTIVE WELDING INSPECTION EQUIPMENT FOR VEHICLE ACCUMULATOR

The present invention relates to a nondestructive inspection apparatus for a welded part of a vehicle accumulator, comprising: a support frame which is installed at an upper portion of a base frame; a rotation motor which is installed at the front center of the upper portion of the base frame; a lower jig which is connected to a rotary shaft of the rotation motor; an upper jig which is installed at an upper portion of the lower jig to be lifted by an upper jig lifting unit; the upper jig lifting unit which is installed at the front upper portion of the jig frame to lift the upper jig; an inspection sensor which is installed at the front center inside the support frame to be able to be conveyed in a vertical direction and in a back-and-forth direction through an inspection sensor conveying unit; the inspection sensor conveying unit which is installed at one side inside the support frame to convey the inspection sensor in the vertical direction and in the back-and-forth direction; and a control unit which is installed at one side of the support frame to control the operation of the rotation motor, the upper jig lifting unit, and the inspection sensor conveying unit.
