Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a method for minimizing power consumption of an IoT terminal while applying the existing IoT standard technology to design an energy efficient system. To this end, a standard-based operating system proposes simple registration and simple reporting technologies to overcome problems of conventional complex registration procedures, sensing transmission and the like and proposes a task processing method for operating a device with low power based on this and an operating method thereof. 본 발명은 기존 사물인터넷 표준 기술을 적용하면서 동시에 IoT 단말의 전력소모를 최소화하기 위한 방법을 제시함으로서 에너지 효율적인 시스템을 설계하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 표준기반 동작 시스템에서는 종래의 복잡한 등록 절차 및 센싱 전송 등의 문제점을 극복하기 위한 단순등록 및 단순보고 기술들을 제안하고 이를 토대로 디바이스가 저전력으로 동작하기 위한 Task 처리방법, 운영방법을 제안하고자 한다.
