Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an anode active material, an all-solid-state battery including the same, and a manufacturing method thereof. The anode active material for an all-solid-state battery according to the present invention is a lithium metal oxide in the form of a single particle having a particle strength of 300 to 1500 MPa and an average particle size of 10 μm or less. As described above, since the anode active material according to the present invention has a high particle strength of 300 MPa or more and a small average particle size of 10 μm or less in the form of a single particle, even when pressure applied during anode manufacturing or structural stress due to life progression is applied, cracks do not occur or are delayed, and high discharge capacity, excellent rate characteristics, and long lifespan may be provided. 본 발명은 양극 활물질, 그를 포함하는 전고체전지 및 그의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 전고체전지용 양극 활물질은 입자 강도가 300 내지 1500 MPa 이고, 평균 입도가 10㎛ 이하인 단일 입자 형태의 리튬금속산화물이다. 이와 같이 본 발명에 따른 양극 활물질은 단일 입자 형태로 300 MPa 이상의 높은 입자 강도와 10㎛ 이하의 작은 평균 입도를 갖기 때문에, 양극 제조 시 작용하는 압력이나 수명 진행에 따른 구조적인 스트레스가 인가되더라도 크랙이 발생하지 않거나 지연시키고, 높은 방전 용량, 우수한 율특성 및 장수명 특성을 제공할 수 있다.
