Amphibious monitoring devices using decoy lamps

An amphibian monitoring device using a lure light is disclosed. The amphibian monitoring device according to some embodiments of the present invention comprises: a capture container (10) buried in the ground (G), and having an upper surface opened to form a capturing space therein; at least one pillar (20) installed along an upper rim of the capture container (10); a fixing part (30) provided at a top of the pillar (20); a lure light (31) fixed to a lower part of the fixing part (30); a connecting rope (32) connected to the fixing part (30), and having the same length as a distance from the fixing part (30) to an upper surface of the capture container (10); and a lid (40) connected to a lower end of the connecting rope (32), provided on the upper surface of the container (10), and having an area equal to or smaller than the area of the upper surface of the capture container (10).
