Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a copper-responsive promoter derived from Fusarium graminearum, a recombinant vector containing the same, and a method for producing a target protein using the same. The copper-responsive promoter according to the present invention can effectively regulate the expression of the target protein of a target gene operably linked thereto according to the copper concentration of a medium. A microorganism transformed with the recombinant vector containing the copper-responsive promoter according to the present invention can be usefully used for the production of the target protein under copper-deficient conditions. 본 발명은 붉은 곰팡이(Fusarium graminearum)에서 유래한 구리 반응성(copper-responsive) 프로모터, 이를 포함하는 재조합 벡터 및 이를 이용한 목적 단백질의 생산 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 구리 반응성 프로모터는 배지의 구리 농도에 따라 이에 작동 가능하게 연결된 목적 유전자의 목적 단백질의 발현을 효과적으로 조절할 수 있으며, 본 발명에 따른 구리 반응성 프로모터를 포함하는 재조합 벡터로 형질전환된 미생물은 구리 결핍 조건에서의 목적 단백질 생산에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
