The present invention is composed of: a frame (111) having a receiving portion (112) into which the smartphone (10) is inserted on the upper surface; a buoyancy material that surrounds the outside of the frame (111) except for the receiving portion (112); and an outer shell (114) for fixing the buoyancy material to the frame (111) by surrounding the buoyancy material.
