| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a golf putting and swing training device and, more specifically, to a golf putting and swing training device which is configured to act directly on the body of a user so as to allow the shoulder, hand, and a golf club of the user to move as one body, and which enables the user to effectively practice a correct putting posture or a correct swing posture. One embodiment of the present invention provides a golf putting and swing training device comprising: a fastening portion that can be selectively fastened in a preset direction of a golf club; a body support portion that supports the body of a user by being brought into close contact therewith, and is configured to enable the width brought into close contact with the body to be adjusted; and a connecting portion that connects the fastening portion to the body support portion, is able to adjust a length, and is rotatably coupled to the fastening portion.
