Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an embedded-type lighting device that can be used by replacing lamps with various power consumption as necessary. The device includes a frame installed on a ceiling or wall of a building and a lamp coupled to the frame. The lamp includes: a lamp body; an LED module mounted to the lamp body and generating light when power is applied; a heat dissipation body formed in the lamp body and dissipating heat outwards generated from the LED module; and an auxiliary heat dissipation body coupled to the heat dissipation body to be detachable. 본 발명은 다양한 소비 전력의 램프를 필요에 따라 교체하여 사용할 수 있는 매립형 조명장치에 관한 것으로, 건축물의 천장이나 벽면에 설치되는 프레임과, 상기 프레임에 결합되는 램프를 포함한다. 이때, 상기 램프는, 램프 몸체와, 상기 램프 몸체에 장착되어 전원 인가 시 빛을 발생시키는 LED모듈과, 상기 램프 몸체에 형성되어 상기 LED모듈에서 발생한 열을 외부로 방출하는 방열체와, 상기 방열체에 탈착 가능하게 결합되는 보조 방열체로 구성된다.
