Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a cloud platform service system for reporting/restricting use/acquisition of lost items, which provides convenience in reporting the loss of important items (various ID cards, passes, student ID cards, passports and cards, etc.) of app users and restricting use by interlinking QR codes with user apps and cloud platforms, protecting personal information (phone number) of a user when the lost and the finder can call each other anonymously with a representative number of the cloud platform, and retrieving lost important items. QR코드와 사용자 앱(App) 및 클라우드 플랫폼을 상호 연동하여 앱 사용자의 중요물품(각종 신분증, 출입증, 학생증, 여권 및 카드 등)의 분실신고 및 사용제한 조치에 편리함을 제공하고, 클라우드 플랫폼의 대표번호로 분실자와 습득자가 상호 익명으로 통화하여 사용자의 개인정보(전화번호)를 보호하고 분실한 중요 물품을 회수할 수 있도록 한 분실물 신고/사용제한/습득 처리를 위한 클라우드 플랫폼 서비스시스템을 제공한다.
