The present invention comprises: a shaft (100); a heat part (200) formed from the other end of the shaft (100) and forming a receiving space inside thereof; an alarm part (400) including a housing (410), a weight (420) moving inside the housing (410), and a notification plate (430) coupled to one end of the housing (410); and a swing speed control unit (500) comprising a first magnet (510), and a spacing control part (520) for regulating the intensity of the magnet acting in the weight (420).
