THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION METHOD FOR PREPARING THE THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION AND MOLDING PRODUCTS THEREOF

The present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition, a method for preparing the same, and a molded article including the same. More specifically, the thermoplastic resin composition comprises: 100 parts by weight of a base resin including (A-1) 25 to 45 parts by weight of an acrylate-aromatic vinyl compound-vinyl cyan compound graft copolymer containing an acrylate rubber having an average particle diameter of 30 to 200 nm, and (B) 40 to 70 parts by weight of a heat-resistant resin; (C) 0.5 to 5.5 parts by weight of an aromatic vinyl compound-vinyl cyan compound copolymer having a weight average molecular weight of 1,000,000 to 10,000,000 g/mol; and (D) 0.5 to 1.5 parts by weight of a stearate-based lubricant. According to the present invention, the thermoplastic resin composition with improved appearance quality by suppressing the occurrence of flow marks while having equal or better impact resistance and flowability compared to the conventional ASA resin composition, the manufacturing method thereof, and a molded article including the same are provided. 본 기재는 열가소성 수지 조성물, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 성형품에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 (A-1) 평균입경 400 내지 600nm인 아크릴레이트 고무를 포함하는 아크릴레이트-방향족 비닐 화합물-비닐시안 화합물 그라프트 공중합체 5 내지 25 중량%, (A-2) 평균입경 30 내지 200nm인 아크릴레이트 고무를 포함하는 아크릴레이트-방향족 비닐 화합물-비닐시안 화합물 그라프트 공중합체 25 내지 45 중량%, 및 (B) 내열성 수지 40 내지 70 중량%를 포함하는 기본 수지 100 중량부; (C) 중량평균 분자량 1,000,000 내지 10,000,000 g/mol인 방향족 비닐 화합물-비닐시안 화합물 공중합체 0.5 내지 5.5 중량부; 및 (D) 스테아레이트계 활제 0.5 내지 1.5 중량부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 성형품에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 종래의 ASA 수지 조성물 대비 내충격성 및 유동성이 동등 이상이면서 플로우 마크(Flow mark) 발생을 억제하여 외관 품질이 향상된 열가소성 수지 조성물, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 성형품을 제공하는 효과가 있다.
