Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a battery module. The battery module according to the present invention includes: a housing having an inner accommodating space; and a plurality of battery cells positioned in the inner accommodating space, wherein the housing includes a welded joint in which a first base material of a first aluminum-based alloy and a second base material of a second aluminum-based alloy are welded, and at least a part of a bead surface of the welded joint is positioned inside a reference plane that is an imaginary plane for connecting the outer surface of the first base material and the outer surface of the second base material in contact with the welded joint. 본 발명은 배터리 모듈에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 배터리 모듈은 내부 수용 공간을 갖는 하우징; 및 상기 내부 수용 공간에 위치하는 복수의 배터리 셀;을 포함하며, 하우징은 제1알루미늄계 합금의 제1모재와 제2알루미늄계 합금의 제2모재가 용접된 용접이음부를 포함하고, 용접이음부와 접하는 제1모재의 외측 표면과 제2모재의 외측 표면을 잇는 가상의 면을 기준면으로 하여, 용접이음부의 비드 표면 중 적어도 일부 영역이 기준면보다 내측에 위치한다.
