The manufacturing request-based market service providing device comprises: a matching unit matching requested manufacturing service provider information corresponding to a requested manufacturing service provider terminal and workpiece request information of a user terminal according to pre-set requested manufacturing recommendation conditions; a workpiece manufacturing request information processing unit configuring, based on the matching results, manufacturing request information including workpiece manufacturing request information and shape drawing information corresponding to the user terminal; a purchase processing unit processing, in response to an input of workpiece manufacturing completion information by the requested manufacturing service provider terminal based on the manufacturing request information, a purchase order for a workpiece requested by the user terminal; and a design market management unit registering the workpiece for which the purchase order has been processed to a design market and providing a third party sales management service of the customized workpiece.
