Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a catalyst layer formed by mixing a catalyst material in a particulate state and a fluid material in a liquid state, spraying the same, and then remaining the catalyst material through a drying process. The present invention also relates to a bipolar membrane using the catalyst layer. Specifically, a method for producing the catalyst layer includes time-sequential steps including: a first preparation step (S100) of preparing a catalyst material (100) of a homogeneous size; a second preparation step (S200) of preparing a fluid material (200) formed in a fluid; a mixing step (S300) of mixing the catalytic material to form a mixture (300) after the second preparation step; a coating step (S400) of forming a coating layer (400) with the mixture after the mixing step; and a drying step (S500) of removing fluid materials after the coating step. A high-water decomposition effect can be obtained.
본 발명은 미립상태의 촉매물질과 액상상태의 유동물질이 혼합되어 스프레이로 분사한 후, 건조과정을 통해 촉매물질을 잔존시켜 형성된 촉매층에 대한 것이며, 또한 상기 촉매층을 이용한 바이폴라멤브레인에 대한 것이다. 구체적으로 균질크기의 촉매물질(100)을 준비하는 제1준비단계(S100); 유체로 형성된 유동물질(200)을 준비하는 제2준비단계(S200); 상기 제2준비단계 후, 상기 촉매물질을 혼합하여 혼합물(300)을 형성하는 혼합단계(S300); 상기 혼합단계 후, 혼합물을 피막층(400)을 형성하는 도포단계(S400); 상기 도포단계 후, 유동물질을 제거하는 건조단계(S500);를 포함하는 시계열적 단계로 이루어진다. |
