| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a clothing moisture remover using a recycled superabsorbent polymer and a manufacturing method thereof, and more particularly, to a clothing moisture remover in which the superabsorbent polymer coated or impregnated with a functional material of any one of a fragrance, an antibacterial agent, a deodorant, or a combination thereof is recycled after drying a moist superabsorbent polymer material, and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the clothing moisture remover using a recycled superabsorbent polymer according to the present invention comprises: a drying step (S100) of drying a moist superabsorbent polymer raw material; a pulverizing step (S200) of pulverizing the dried superabsorbent polymer; and a processing step (S300) of coating or impregnating superabsorbent polymer pulverized with a functional raw material.
본 발명은 고흡수성수지를 재활용한 의류 습기제거제 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 함습된 고흡수성 수지 원료를 건조한 후 방향제, 항균제, 탈취제 또는 이들의 조합 중 어느 하나의 기능성 원료로 코팅 또는 함침처리된 고흡수성수지를 재활용한 의류 습기제거제 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 고흡수성수지를 재활용한 의류 습기제거제의 제조방법은 함습된 고흡수성 수지 원료를 건조하는 건조단계(S100);와 건조된 고흡수성 수지를 분쇄하는 분쇄단계(S200);와 기능성 원료로 분쇄된 고흡수성 수지를 코팅 또는 함침처리하는 가공단계(S300)를 포함한다. |
