Zusammenfassung:Provided is a land and sea short-term residential mobility using an E-platform modular production method, which can improve productivity. The land and sea short-term residential mobility comprises: a base platform unit which has an upper surface formed in the shape of the cross-section of a flat plate having a predetermined area in transverse and longitudinal directions, is provided to have a thickness in a vertical direction, and has therein a base casing unit of which an outer portion is surrounded by an outer wall rim and which has a plurality of partition walls vertically extended; a power storage management unit mounted on the base platform unit, and including a battery pack for storing power supplied from the outside, and a BMS unit provided so that the voltage and temperature of the battery pack is maintained within a preset range; a power output unit provided as at least one selected from the group consisting of a land drive unit and a water drive unit connected to the power storage management unit; and a vehicle body housing unit which has a lower surface that has an area corresponding to the upper surface of the base platform unit and is coupled to the upper surface of the base platform unit, and has a boarding space formed thereinside. 생산성이 개선되도록, 본 발명은 횡방향 및 종방향을 따라 기설정된 면적을 갖는 평판 단면 형상으로 상면이 형성되되, 상하방향 두께를 갖도록 구비되며, 내부에 외벽 테두리에 의해 외측부가 감싸여지며 복수개의 구획격벽이 상하방향으로 연장된 베이스케이싱부가 형성되는 베이스플랫폼부; 상기 베이스플랫폼부에 장착되되 외부로부터 공급된 전력이 저장되는 배터리팩과, 상기 배터리팩의 전압 및 온도가 기설정범위로 유지되도록 구비되는 비엠에스부를 포함하는 전력저장관리부; 상기 전력저장관리부에 전원 연결되는 육상구동부 및 수상구동부를 포함하는 군에서 선택된 적어도 어느 하나로 구비되는 동력출력부; 및 상기 베이스플랫폼부의 상면에 대응되는 면적을 갖는 하면이 형성되며, 상기 베이스플랫폼부의 상면에 하면이 결합되고, 내부에 탑승공간이 형성되는 차체하우징부를 포함하는 이-플랫폼 모듈러 생산공법을 적용한 육해상 단기거주형 모빌리티.를 제공한다.
