Zusammenfassung: | A method for manufacturing sikhye (sweet rice punch) is disclosed. The method for manufacturing the sikhye comprises the following steps of: weighing and washing rice; steaming the washed rice to manufacture the rice; grinding the rice; firstly sterilizing the ground rice; grinding malt and mixing and saccharifying the added sterilized rice at the same time; separating an extract by filtering the saccharified mixture; forming a blended solution by combining additives with the separated extract; homogenizing the blended solution; secondarily sterilizing the homogenized blended solution; and sealing and packaging the secondarily sterilized blended solution. The purpose of the embodiment is to provide the method for manufacturing the sikhye which has a reduced manufacturing time and can be distributed at room temperature.
