Therefore, the boom-type oil-absorbent fabric can float to a certain depth below a sea level. As a result, absorption of a bunker C oil and the like is achieved smoothly. According to the present invention to realize the same, an absorbent fabric main body (10) manufactured in a form of a hollow roll of a certain length has a structure in which a pipe-shaped reinforcing material (20) is coupled to an internal hollow unit. In addition, a front end unit of the reinforcing material (20) protrudes from one side of the absorbent fabric main body (10), and a groove unit (11) capable of inserting and connecting the reinforcing material (20) is formed on the other side.
