The first elastic member (42) is mounted on an outer circumferential surface of the spool shaft (4). The first bearing (44) has an inner wheel (44a) and an outer wheel (44b) which have an inner circumferential surface (44d) coming in contact with the first elastic member (42). The pressing member (46) is pressed in a first direction closer to a first terminal (4a) by the pinion gear (15) when the pinion gear (15) is at a release location. The second elastic member (48) is interposed between the outer wheel (44b) of the first bearing (44) and the pressing member (46) to press the outer wheel (44b) of the first bearing (44) in the first direction by pressing the pressing member (46) by the pinion gear (15) when the pinion gear (15) is at a release location.
