Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to the optimal addition amount of cobalt oxide which functions as an impurity to change the mechanism of liquid phase sintering, similar to a sintering aid used mainly as a coloring agent but added for the liquid phase sintering; and optimizes a thermal treatment condition thereby. Accordingly, by using a manufacturing method of an alumina sintered body using a liquid phase sintering method of the present invention, there is an advantage of manufacturing a high quality alumina sintered body having improved density and hardness compared to a general alumina sintered body without cobalt oxide added, even though the cobalt oxide is added. 본 발명은 주로 착색제로 사용되나 액상소결을 위해 첨가되는 소결조제와 유사하게 불순물로 작용하여 액상소결의 메커니즘을 변화시키는 산화코발트의 최적의 첨가량과 그에 따르는 열처리조건을 최적화하였다. 따라서 본 발명의 액상소결방법을 이용한 알루미나 소결체의 제조방법을 이용하면 산화코발트를 첨가함에도 산화코발트가 첨가되지 않은 일반적 알루미나 소결체에 대비하여 향상된 치밀도와 경도를 가지는 고품질의 알루미나 소결체를 제조할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
