The conjugate and/or particle of the present invention has excellent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, relieves intestinal inflammatory reactions as well as relieves systemic inflammation, and has an effect of normalizing the balance of intestinal microbial distribution, thereby being able to be usefully used for treating inflammatory bowel disease, and systemic and chronic inflammatory diseases.
