The present invention relates to a smart portable disinfection device including: a disinfection machine casing having a main casing, an intake cap, and an exhaust cap having a tube fixing hole formed on a rear surface thereof; a connecting member; a disinfection liquid container including an antiseptic liquid container body having a hollow structure with an opening formed on an upper surface thereof, and a stopper coupled to the opening of the disinfection liquid container body to be accommodated in the connection member and having a through hole formed on the upper surface thereof; a pump built into the main casing; a suction tube having one end located inside a disinfection liquid container body and the other end passing through the through hole of the stopper and communicating with the inlet of the pump; a discharge tube having one end communicated with a discharge port of the pump and the other end fixed to the tube fixing hole; a battery built into the main casing; a blowing member built into the main casing to be positioned between the battery and the exhaust cap; a power switch provided on the intake cap; and a controller provided on the rear surface of the exhaust cap to respectively control the pump, the power switch, the battery, and the blowing member.
