A method for manufacturing a porcelain inlet that can be combined with a ready-made product and a mold for manufacturing the same

The present invention provides a manufacturing method for manufacturing a ceramic inlet to be coupled to a ready-made part having a screw thread at the inside using an inlet manufacturing frame. The method includes: a soil water inlet step of introducing soil water into a receiving space of a manufacturing frame of an entrance part of a gypsum material composed of a plurality of layers including an upper mold part, an intermediate mold part, and a base mold part; a drying step of performing drying for a predetermined time to induce moisture in a part directly in contact with the inlet manufacturing frame to be absorbed and removed by the inlet manufacturing frame; and a finishing step of removing the upper mold part and the intermediate mold part in order, then removing the undried slip inside the entrance part of the previous step, including a side wall and a bottom wall generated by the drying step, and removing the bottom wall. Quality control is easy. 본 발명은, 입구부 제작틀을 이용하여 내측에 나사산부가 구비된 기성부품에 결합되기 위한 도자기 입구부를 제조하는 제조방법으로서, 상부금형부, 중간금형부 및 베이스금형부를 포함하여 복수개 층으로 이루어진 석고재의 입구부 제작틀의 수용공간으로 흙물(slip)을 유입시키는 흙물 유입단계; 기 설정된 시간동안 건조하여 입구부 제작틀에 직접 닿는 부분의 수분이 입구부 제작틀에 흡수되어 제거되도록 유도하는 건조단계; 및 상기 상부금형부와 중간금형부를 차례로 제거한 후 상기 건조단계에 의하여 생기는 측벽 및 바닥벽을 포함하는 전 단계 입구부 내부의 미건조 흙물(slip)을 제거하고 바닥벽을 제거하는 마무리단계를 포함하는 기성품에 결합될 수 있는 도자기 입구부 제조방법을 제공한다.
