Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed in the present application are a soybean milk composition comprising processed ginseng and a method for manufacturing the same. The processed ginseng is heat-treated together with a ginseng aerial part and an additive for increasing the ginsenoside content of the ginseng aerial part, and the additive is at least one of soy protein, aspartic acid, and glutamic acid. The soybean milk composition has a very high ginsenoside content and excellent taste and aroma of ginseng.
본원에는 인삼 가공물을 포함하는 두유 조성물 및 이의 제조방법이 개시된다. 상기 인삼 가공물은 인삼 지상부와 상기 인삼 지상부의 진세노사이드 함량 증진을 위한 첨가제가 함께 열처리된 것이고, 상기 첨가제는 콩단백, 아스파트산 및 글루탐산 중 1 이상인 것이다. 상기 두유 조성물은 진세노사이드 함량이 매우 높고, 인삼의 맛과 향이 뛰어나다. |
