Chiller apparatus

Disclosed is a chiller device having a cooling channel and a heating channel that are sealed and circulated. In the chiller device, the cooling channel is configured by sequentially sealing and circulating a low-temperature cooling fluid filled in a cooling tank through a low-temperature pump and a manufacturing facility. The heating channel is configured to sequentially seal and circulate a high-temperature cooling fluid filled in a heating tank through a high-temperature pump and the manufacturing facility, and comprises a buffer tank connected to the cooling tank and the heating tank, respectively. The buffer tank comprises a medium-temperature cooling fluid in which the low-temperature and high-temperature cooling fluids from the cooling tank and the heating tank are mixed to achieve thermal equilibrium. 밀폐 순환되는 냉각 채널과 가열 채널을 구비한 칠러 장치가 개시된다. 상기 철러 장치는, 상기 냉각 채널은 냉각 탱크에 채워진 저온 냉각 유체가 저온용 펌프와 상기 제조 설비를 순차 밀폐 순환하여 구성되고, 상기 가열 채널은 가열 탱크에 채워진 고온 냉각 유체가 고온용 펌프와 상기 제조 설비를 순차 밀폐 순환하여 구성되고, 상기 냉각 탱크와 상기 가열 탱크에 각각 배관 연결된 버퍼 탱크를 구비하며, 상기 버퍼 탱크에는 상기 냉각 탱크와 상기 가열 탱크로부터의 저온 및 고온 냉각 유체가 혼합되어 열 평형을 이루는 중온 냉각 유체가 구비된다.
