More specifically, the present invention relates to a door fixture formed on a side outer panel made of a composite material. The door connection structure of the vehicle according to some embodiments of the present invention comprises: a side outer panel made of the composite material; and a fixture integrally formed with the side outer panel and rotationally coupled to a door of the vehicle. 본 발명은 차량의 도어 연결구조에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는, 복합 재료로 구성되는 사이드 아우터 패널에 형성되는 도어의 픽스처에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일부 실시형태에 따른 차량의 도어 연결구조는, 복합 재료로 구성되는 사이드 아우터 패널; 및 상기 사이드 아우터 패널과 일체로 형성되고, 차량의 도어를 회동가능하게 결합하는 픽스처를 포함한다.
