| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for enhancing a therapeutic effect of cancer containing nintedanib as an active ingredient and uses thereof. The composition of the present invention kills cancer fibroblast, inhibits proliferation of cancer fibroblast, and inhibits the expression level of growth factors and the like, so that it is possible to reduce anticancer drug resistance by inhibiting the composition of a tumor microenvironment. Therefore, it is possible to enhance a cancer treatment effect by using the composition.
