Battery pack

Disclosed is a battery pack. The battery pack comprises: a battery cell; a bus bar; and a case. The battery cell allows a row of battery cells arranged along a column direction to be arranged in a plurality of columns. The battery cells of adjacent columns along a transverse direction intersecting the column direction are alternately biased to a front position or a back position along the column direction. The bus bar is extended along the column direction. The bus bar includes: a bus bar body unit which is extended along the column direction; and a bus bar front connecting unit and a bus bar back connecting unit which protrude from the bus bar body unit by different lengths to form both ends of the bus bar. The case accommodates the battery cells, and includes: a front wall and a back wall which are faced to each other along the column direction with the battery cells interposed therebetween and are formed in complementary shapes. The present invention provides a module having various outputs and capacities with a method for connecting a plurality of battery packs to each other by using the battery packs having the same structure as one unit. By increasing and decreasing the number of the battery packs included in the module, expandability of the battery pack can be provided to adaptively respond to the various outputs and capacities by using the battery packs having the same structure. 본 발명에서는 배터리 팩이 개시된다. 상기 배터리 팩은, 열 방향을 따라 배열된 일 열의 배터리 셀이 다수 열로 배열된 배터리 셀로서, 열 방향과 교차하는 횡 방향을 따라 서로 이웃하는 열의 배터리 셀은 열 방향을 따라 전방 위치 또는 후방 위치로 서로 번갈아 치우치도록 배치된 배터리 셀과, 열 방향을 따라 연장되는 버스바로서, 열 방향을 따라 연장되는 버스바 본체부와, 버스바 본체부로부터 서로 다른 길이로 돌출되어 버스바의 양단을 형성하는 버스바 전방 연결부 및 버스바 후방 연결부를 포함하는 버스바와, 배터리 셀을 수용하는 케이스로서, 배터리 셀을 사이에 개재하여 열 방향을 따라 서로 마주하게 배치되며, 서로 상보적인 형상으로 형성된 전방 벽체 및 후방 벽체를 포함하는 케이스를 구비한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 동일한 구조의 배터리 팩을 하나의 단위로 하여 다수의 배터리 팩이 서로에 대해 연결되는 방식으로, 다양한 출력 및 용량을 갖춘 모듈을 제공할 수 있으며, 모듈 내에 포함되는 배터리 팩의 개수를 증감시킴으로써, 다양한 출력 및 용량에 대해 동일한 구조의 배터리 팩을 이용하여 적응적으로 대응할 수 있도록 배터리 팩의 확장성을 제공할 수 있다.
