Zusammenfassung:	An advertising method and apparatus are disclosed. In an embodiment, an advertising method performed in a server includes the steps of: determining an advertising target corresponding to a first user among a plurality of advertising targets included in a corresponding advertising campaign and storing at least one advertisement material corresponding to the determined advertising target among the advertisement materials of the corresponding advertising campaign in a first transmission candidate list corresponding to the first user, in response to each of at least one advertising campaign included in an advertising pool; and determining an advertisement material to be transmitted to the first user based on the first transmission candidate list. 광고 방법 및 장치가 개시된다. 실시예는 서버에서 수행되는 광고 방법에 있어서, 광고 풀에 포함된 적어도 하나의 광고 캠페인 각각에 대응하여, 해당 광고 캠페인에 포함되는 복수의 광고 목표들 중 제1 사용자에 해당하는 광고 목표를 결정하고, 해당 광고 캠페인의 광고 소재들 중 결정된 광고 목표에 대응하는 적어도 하나의 광고 소재를 제1 사용자에 대응하는 제1 송출 후보 리스트에 저장하는 단계 및 제1 송출 후보 리스트에 기초하여, 제1 사용자에게 송출될 광고 소재를 결정하는 단계를 포함한다.
