Zusammenfassung: | Provided are a real-time blood pressure estimation method and a system using an interval linearization method. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a blood pressure estimation method includes the steps of: detecting a peak value of a biosignal; extracting feature points of the biosignal based on the biosignal and the peak value of the biosignal; inputting the extracted feature points into an AI engine to determine an estimation formula to perform regression calculations; and performing the regression calculations using the determined estimation formula to estimate blood pressure. Accordingly, an optimal blood pressure estimation algorithm is classified to suit a user, and the blood pressure can be continuously and accurately estimated and monitored in real time.
구간 선형화 방법을 사용한 실시간 혈압 추정 방법 및 시스템이 제공된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 혈압 추정 방법은, 생체 신호의 피크값을 검출하고, 생체 신호 및 생체 신호의 피크값을 기초로 생체 신호의 특징점을 추출하며, 추출된 특징점을 AI 엔진에 입력하여 회귀 연산을 수행할 추정식을 결정하고, 결정된 추정식을 이용하여 회귀 연산을 수행하여 혈압을 추정한다. 이에 의해, 최적의 혈압 추정 알고리즘을 사용자에 적합하게 분류하여, 실시간으로 혈압을 연속적으로 정확하게 추정하여 모니터링할 수 있도록 하여 준다. |
