Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a composition for improving blood circulation or reducing blood pressure and, more specifically, to a composition comprising as an active ingredient a velvet antler extract having a function of enzymolysis for improving blood circulation or reducing blood pressure, which has activity of inhibiting angiotensin II-converting enzyme (ACE), includes ACE-inhibiting peptides, promotes enzymatic activity of nitric oxide synthase 3 (NOS3) within an endothelial cell of a blood vessel in a HUVEC cell which is an endothelial cell of a human umbilical vein, inhibits expression of NOS3 genes, and enhances metabolic activity of the HUVEC cell. Further, the composition of the present invention can be used as a health functional food or a pharmaceutical composition. 본 발명은 혈행 개선 또는 혈압 저하용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 녹용 효소분해 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함함으로써 안지오텐신 II 전환 효소(Angiotensin II-converting enzyme, ACE)를 저해하는 활성을 갖고, ACE 저해 펩타이드들을 포함하며, 인간제대정맥 내피세포인 HUVEC cell에서 혈관내피세포 내 산화질소 합성효소(Nitric oxide synthase 3, NOS3)의 효소 활성은 증대시키고, NOS3 유전자 발현을 억제하며, HUVEC cell의 대사활성을 증진시키므로 혈행 개선 또는 혈압 저하용 식품 조성물, 나아가 건강기능식품 또는 약학 조성물로 활용될 수 있다.
